Ingredients
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 sticks real butter (soft)
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine 1 cup flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tartar
- in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- Combine sugars, butter and oil; cream well.
- Add egg and vanilla to sugar and fold in all flour. Cover and chill overnight.
