Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 12 cups finely chopped leeks, white part only
- 14 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon minced drained capers
- 14 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Method
- In saucepan over medium low heat, cook leeks in oil, until soft, but not browned, about 12 minutes.
- Add wine and cook until evaporated.
- Remove from heat and stir in capers, thyme, salt and pepper.
