Ingredients

  • 2 can Pear halves
  • 1 x 6-ounce pkg Boysenberry gelatin pwdr
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 med Frzn Boysenberries (or possibly 2 to 3 c. fresh) Whipped cream (optional)

Method

  • Use pear juice and water to make 1-1/2 c. liquid.
  • Heat in sauce pan and dissolve gelatin.
  • Stir in lemon juice.
  • Cold to room temperature.
  • Place pears in bottom of pyrex dish or possibly gelatin mold.
  • Blend Boysenberries into gelatin mix.
  • (If Boysenberries are frzn, this will set up very fast.)
  • Pour mix over pears, place in refrigerator.
  • Use whipped cream when serving, if you like.
