Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 oz. bulk sausage
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Cook sausage; crumble and drain.
- Line pie crust with cheese.
- Add sausage and cover with remaining cheese.
- Mix eggs, salt, pepper and milk.
- Pour over cheese and sausage.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
