Ingredients
- 1 loaf sandwich bread (white or wheat as desired)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. bacon, strips cut in halves
Method
- Remove crusts from bread as you like.
- Spread with cream of mushroom soup.
- Roll corners opposite and secure with 1/2 strip of bacon, overlapping it.
- Bake in a slow 300° oven for 1 hour.
- You can spread bread with margarine, if desired.
- It is best if they set overnight before baking.
