Ingredients

  • 3 lb groundmeat
  • 1 cup cooked spinach
  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp garlic powder

Method

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Meanwhile heat spinach in small saucepan, I buy one frozen package, and follow package directions.
  • Mix all the seasonings and the egg with the groundmeat, mix really well.
