Ingredients
- 3 c. white sugar
- 1 c. white syrup
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix all of above ingredients in a heavy, large pan.
- Cook until it reaches the soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat; beat until cool.
- Pour into a greased with oleo 9 x 14-inch pan.
- Cut into squares.
