Ingredients
- 2/3 c. canola oil, divided
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. 2% milk
Method
- Mix half of oil with dry ingredients until it resembles cornmeal.
- Add rest of oil and mix until size of peas.
- Add vinegar and milk and mix into dough.
- Roll out between two pieces of waxed paper.
- Makes two pie shells.
- Bake in preheated 450° oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
