- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. basil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
Method
- Thaw, rinse and press all water out of spinach.
- Melt butter in frying pan.
- Add onion and mushrooms, stirring constantly, until onion is limp.
