Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes grape Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
  • Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
  • Add pie filling and crushed pineapple with the juice.
  • Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate until firm.
  • Combine remaining ingredients for topping.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture over chilled Jell-O.
  • Cut into squares.
