Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) boxes grape Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (16 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
- Add pie filling and crushed pineapple with the juice.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate until firm.
- Combine remaining ingredients for topping.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over chilled Jell-O.
- Cut into squares.
