Ingredients
- 5 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan.
- In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Cut in margarine until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
- Stir in walnuts. In small bowl, beat eggs slightly, then beat in milk and vanilla, mix well.
- Stir into flour mixture, just until moistened.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour into Bundt pan.
- Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan and finish cooling.
- Makes approximately 24 servings.
