Ingredients
- 2 c. blueberries
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Pour pineapple over bottom and cover with blueberries. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Next, sprinkle dry cake mix over top of sugar.
- Pour melted oleo over all. Sprinkle with pecans and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350° or until done. Serve plain or with ice cream or whipped cream on top.
