Ingredients

  • 2 c. blueberries
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Pour pineapple over bottom and cover with blueberries. Sprinkle with sugar.
  • Next, sprinkle dry cake mix over top of sugar.
  • Pour melted oleo over all. Sprinkle with pecans and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350° or until done. Serve plain or with ice cream or whipped cream on top.
