Ingredients
- unbaked 9 inch pie shell
- 2 eggs
- 1 16 oz. can pumpkin filling
- 3/4 c, sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Beat eggs lightly in large bowl, stir in remaining ingredients in order given.
- Pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes or until pie tests doen.
