Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Sargento crumbled Blue cheese
- 1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Put cheese into big mixing bowl.
- Use fork to crumble cheese to desired pieces.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir up with spoon.
- Need to make 4 or 5 hours earlier so it can season to the right taste. Keeps for over a month.
- Makes 1/2 quart.
