- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Crisco Pure Canola Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 head green cabbage coarsely shredded
- 1 medium carrot shredded
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
- WHISK mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, oil, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir in cabbage, carrot, onion and parsley; mix thoroughly. Stir in blue cheese and black pepper to taste.
- COVER and chill until ready to serve.
