Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Crisco Pure Canola Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 head green cabbage coarsely shredded
  • 1 medium carrot shredded
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • WHISK mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, oil, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir in cabbage, carrot, onion and parsley; mix thoroughly. Stir in blue cheese and black pepper to taste.
  • COVER and chill until ready to serve.
