Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Plain Kefir (or Greek Yogurt)
- 1 whole Banana, Peeled
- 1 cup Kale (packed)
- 1/2 cups Frozen Peach Slices
- 1/2 cups Frozen Mango Chunks
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, put the lid on and blend until well mixed. Pour the smoothie into a large glass and serve.
