Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 bottle Avoset whipping cream
  • 1/2 pkg. mini marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Method

  • Leave cream cheese out to soften.
  • Drain pineapple.
  • Pour boiling water over gelatin; add the ice cubes and stir until soft-set.
  • Mix cream cheese and pineapple together and set aside. Whip the Avoset, then combine the cheese and pineapple mixture to the gelatin.
  • Mix well.
  • Fold in the Avoset and marshmallows. Pour into a mold and refrigerate to set.
