Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 bottle Avoset whipping cream
- 1/2 pkg. mini marshmallows
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Method
- Leave cream cheese out to soften.
- Drain pineapple.
- Pour boiling water over gelatin; add the ice cubes and stir until soft-set.
- Mix cream cheese and pineapple together and set aside. Whip the Avoset, then combine the cheese and pineapple mixture to the gelatin.
- Mix well.
- Fold in the Avoset and marshmallows. Pour into a mold and refrigerate to set.
