Ingredients
- 12-14 lg. fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. minced green onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. (1 ounce.) blue cheese
- 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems.
- Cook stems and onions in butter till tender; add in cheese, 2 Tbsp.
- crumbs and salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill mushroom crowns with mix; sprinkle remaining crumbs.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 min.
