Ingredients
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 c. flour
Method
- In saucepan, heat bouillon in 1 1/2 cups water until dissolved.
- Add broccoli, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
- Add milk, cheese, nutmeg and a dash of pepper. Cook and stir until cheese melts.
- Combine flour and 1/2 cold water; stir into broccoli mixture.
- Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
