Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix - with
  • 1 packet BLAIR vanilla pie mix added, prepared per cake box directions - cooled
  • 2 boxes BLAIR chocolate pie mix, prepared
  • 1 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Method

  • While cake is cooling, prepare Blair chocolate pudding mixes; separate into 2 bowls and to 1 bowl add in 1 c. confectioners' sugar and blend well.
  • To the other bowl of pudding add in the 1 c. lowfat milk and blend well.
  • Pour lowfat milk and pudding mix over cooled cake that has holes punched down through it with the handle of a wooden spoon.
  • (This will make stripes of pudding in the cake.)
  • Spoon the sugar/pudding mix over top of cake and swirl as for frosting, refrigeratecake at least 1 hour.
  • Store cake in refrigerator.
  • Additional flavor combinations: Use yellow cake mix with butterscotch.
  • (Makes one 13 x 9 inch cake.)
