Ingredients

  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 1 lb. white chocolate flavored chips
  • 1 jar (13 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 c. chopped black walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Method

  • Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Combine sugar, margarine, milk and syrup in large saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  • Stop stirring and continue heating until mixture reaches soft ball stage, 234° on candy thermometer.
  • Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted; add Marshmallow Creme, walnuts and vanilla, beating well after each addition.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Cool completely, cut into squares.
