Ingredients
- 4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1 lb. white chocolate flavored chips
- 1 jar (13 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
- 1 c. chopped black walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combine sugar, margarine, milk and syrup in large saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Stop stirring and continue heating until mixture reaches soft ball stage, 234° on candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted; add Marshmallow Creme, walnuts and vanilla, beating well after each addition.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Cool completely, cut into squares.
