Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen broccoli spears
  • 1 (16 oz.) box macaroni twists
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated

Method

  • Cook broccoli and macaroni according to directions on packages.
  • Cut broccoli into bite size pieces; mix with macaroni in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • In a saucepan, prepare soup as directed on cans, using milk.
  • Add 3/4 of grated cheese.
  • Heat until cheese is melted.
  • Pour over broccoli and macaroni and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole.
  • Bake at 350° about 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
  • Be sure pan is large enough as it tends to bubble over.
  • Serves a crowd.
