Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen broccoli spears
- 1 (16 oz.) box macaroni twists
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Cook broccoli and macaroni according to directions on packages.
- Cut broccoli into bite size pieces; mix with macaroni in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- In a saucepan, prepare soup as directed on cans, using milk.
- Add 3/4 of grated cheese.
- Heat until cheese is melted.
- Pour over broccoli and macaroni and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° about 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
- Be sure pan is large enough as it tends to bubble over.
- Serves a crowd.
