Ingredients
- 4 c. Bisquick baking mixture
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry filling
- Glaze
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Mix all ingredients, except pie filling and Glaze. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Spread 2/3 of the batter in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread pie filling over batter.
- (Filling may not completely cover batter.)
- Drop remaining batter by tablespoon onto pie filling. Bake until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Drizzle with Glaze while warm.
