Ingredients
- 1 round steak
- 4 slices bread, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 pkg. onion soup mix powder
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
Method
- In large mixing bowl, mix bread crumbs, egg, seasoning, onion soup and mushrooms.
- Lay steak out flat and spread stuffing mixture on it.
- Then roll steak up and tie with string.
- Place steak roll in shallow baking dish and cover with foil, shiny side in.
- Bake at 350° until done.
