Ingredients

  • 1 round steak
  • 4 slices bread, crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 pkg. onion soup mix powder
  • 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms

Method

  • In large mixing bowl, mix bread crumbs, egg, seasoning, onion soup and mushrooms.
  • Lay steak out flat and spread stuffing mixture on it.
  • Then roll steak up and tie with string.
  • Place steak roll in shallow baking dish and cover with foil, shiny side in.
  • Bake at 350° until done.
