- 10 pork chops
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms (extra)
- 1 1/2 cans milk
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
Method
- Brown pork chops in pan or on barbecue.
- Mix all other ingredients together in large bowl.
- Tear biscuits in pieces and mix with liquid.
- Pour over pork chops and cook at 375° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
