- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 can mixed Chinese veggies, drained
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. brown gravy sauce
Method
- Add to meat mixture.
- Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
- Serve hot over cooked rice for chop suey or fried noodles for chow mein.
