Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage (tube)
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Corn starch
- 1/4 c. Cool water Salt & pepper to taste Bisquick
Method
- Gravy: Crumble Sausage in a large pan and brown till all pink is gone.
- Pour off fat and out back on fire.
- Add in lowfat milk, heat gently till nearly boiling.
- Mix corn starch with water, when lowfat milk/sausage is warm, blend in.
- Mix well.
- Stirring constantly, bring to a boil for one minute.
- Reduce heat.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
