Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage (tube)
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Corn starch
  • 1/4 c. Cool water Salt & pepper to taste Bisquick

Method

  • Gravy: Crumble Sausage in a large pan and brown till all pink is gone.
  • Pour off fat and out back on fire.
  • Add in lowfat milk, heat gently till nearly boiling.
  • Mix corn starch with water, when lowfat milk/sausage is warm, blend in.
  • Mix well.
  • Stirring constantly, bring to a boil for one minute.
  • Reduce heat.
  • Salt & pepper to taste.
