Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake
- 2 boxes whipping cream, chilled
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Let cream cheese soften and blend with powdered sugar.
- Whip the cream and mix with sugar and cheese mixture.
- Crush candy in wrapper.
- Tap lightly with a hammer to slice the cake into thirds, using 1/3 as first layer.
- Break into bottom of a large bowl. Cover cake well with creamiest mixture.
- Spread 2 cups crushed bars into mixture.
- Use 2 1/3 of cake for the second layer. Follow previous instructions for layering.
- Make sure crushed candy is on the top of the cake, also.
