Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 2 boxes whipping cream, chilled
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Let cream cheese soften and blend with powdered sugar.
  • Whip the cream and mix with sugar and cheese mixture.
  • Crush candy in wrapper.
  • Tap lightly with a hammer to slice the cake into thirds, using 1/3 as first layer.
  • Break into bottom of a large bowl. Cover cake well with creamiest mixture.
  • Spread 2 cups crushed bars into mixture.
  • Use 2 1/3 of cake for the second layer. Follow previous instructions for layering.
  • Make sure crushed candy is on the top of the cake, also.
