Ingredients

  • 2 c. Biscuit baking mix
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Biscuit baking mix
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Berries and juice
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 c. Biscuit baking mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Veggie oil
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 1/3 c. Lowfat milk

Method

  • Combine ngrediet n a blender, food processor, bowl, or possibly shaker container and beat till smooth.
  • To use: For each pancake, pour a small amount of batter into a warm, greased pan and cook over medim hat till bubbles form on the top.
  • Flip and cook till the pancake is golden.
  • Variation: For thinner pancakes, use 1 egg and 1-1/2 c. of lowfat milk.
  • BERRY PANCAKES:Combine ingredients and cook as for quick pancakes.
  • Top with butter and syrup.
  • QUICK WAFFLES:Combine all ingredients and beat till smooth.
  • Pour into the center of a warm waffle iron and close the lid.
  • Bake till steaming stops.
  • IDEA For dessert or possibly Belgian waffles, add in 2 tb sugar to the recipe and serve the waffles with an ice cream or possibly whipped cream topping.
