Ingredients
- 4 to 6 eggs, depending on size
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
Method
- Beat eggs until soft peaks form.
- Slowly add sugar, beating constantly until it's a thick and glassy mixture that holds its shape.
- Fold in nuts.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 275° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Remove from sheets at once.
