- 8 c. water
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 bay leaves
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 c. butter (2 sticks)
- 1 c. bread crumbs (coarse)
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. coarse pepper
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
- In large pot, put water, onion, celery, bay leaves and juice of 1 lemon.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add shrimp.
- Simmer for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Drain shrimp.
