Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked salmon (1 lb. can, pink)
- 1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 medium eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Method
- Flake salmon with a fork, removing bones.
- Add eggs, breadcrumbs, butter and parsley.
- Place in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Let cool 15 minutes.
- Turn onto platter and slice carefully.
