Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and eggs together.
- Add crushed pineapple, coconut and chopped nuts.
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
