Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. instant rice
- 6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can each cream of chicken and cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Method
- Place rice in 13 x 9-inch dish lined with aluminum foil.
- Add chicken.
- Combine soups and pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
- Seal foil securely over dish.
- Bake at 300° for 2 1/2 hours.
- Can also be cooked in slow cooker all day.
