Ingredients
- 3/4 c. rum
- 8 oz. ground pecans
- 1/4 c. Karo syrup
- 12 oz. crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
Method
- Melt chocolate chips and Karo syrup on low heat.
- Add vanilla wafers, pecans and sugar.
- Mix well.
- Pour rum over mixture and knead with hands until well blended.
- Roll into marble size balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar.
- Makes about 100 balls.
