Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen or 2 bunches fresh broccoli, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cooked
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp processed cheese, shredded with pimento strips (optional)

Method

  • Arrange broccoli stalks in greased baking dish.
  • Place chicken on top.
  • Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
