Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Bake yellow cake according to directions.
- Punch holes in cake while hot.
- Warm pineapple with 1 cup sugar until warm and liquid; pour over hot cake.
- Cool, then spread pudding that has been fixed by directions on the box.
- Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle on coconut and chopped nuts (optional).
- Refrigerate.
