Ingredients
- 1/4 c. green onion and tops
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. crab meat
- 3/4 c. chopped shrimp
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Method
- Saute chopped onions in margarine; add flour, stirring until smooth and lightly browned.
- Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
- Stir in hot sauce, seasonings and seafood.
- Cook over low heat until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in parsley.
