Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon ground dry mustard
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
Method
- In a blender, add each ingredient in the order listed.
- Blend on medium speed until the ingredients are well mixed.
- Will keep well for several weeks in the refrigerator.
