Ingredients
- 40 oz. (1 can) yams
- 8 1/2 oz. (1 can) pineapple, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp. pecans, chopped
- 3/4 c. marshmallows, miniature
Method
- Drain yams and mash well.
- Drain pineapple, adding juice to yams.
- Add sugar and butter.
- Beat well.
- Stir in pineapple and pecans.
- Coat inside of 1 1/2-quart casserole with butter or spray oil coating.
- Spoon mixture into dish.
