Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 bottle stout or ale beer
- 3 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Method
- Place flour and egg into mixing bowl and mix enough to break up egg.
- Slowly add beer, mixing vigorously until all lumps are dissolved.
- Add in Old Bay seasoning and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow gas from beer to escape.
- If batter seems too thick, water may be added slowly for proper consistency.
