Ingredients
- 8 apples
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Wash apples, cut in quarters and remove cores.
- Melt margarine in large frying pan.
- Add apples, sugar and water.
- Cover and steam a few minutes until apples are tender.
- Remove lid and cook over low heat until syrup thickens.
