Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked diced chicken
- 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice (uncooked)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 jar chopped pimento
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced (optional)
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serves 12.
