Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean hamburg
- 1 large can V-8 juice
- 4 c. water
- 2 c. carrots, cut up small
- 2 c. celery, cut up small
- 4 c. potatoes, cut up small
- 1/2 c. grated green peppers
- 1/2 c. rice
Method
- Brown hamburg. Add juice, water, vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook slow for 2 hours.
