Ingredients
- 4 c. carrots
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Method
- Boil sliced carrots 5 minutes in small amount of water.
- Also cook chopped onion with the carrots.
- Place in casserole dish with 1/2 stick butter and cubed Velveeta.
- Put a few crushed potato chips on top.
- Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
