Ingredients

  • 1 lb. steak, cut up in small pieces
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or to your liking)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 c. Minute rice
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil

Method

  • Cut steak up; flour and cook in cooking oil until tender.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and onion; saute until tender, then add tomato soup and sour cream.
  • Cook another 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Add water as needed.
  • Serve over hot rice.
