Ingredients
- 1 lb. steak, cut up in small pieces
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or to your liking)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mushrooms (optional)
- 2 c. Minute rice
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Method
- Cut steak up; flour and cook in cooking oil until tender.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and onion; saute until tender, then add tomato soup and sour cream.
- Cook another 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add water as needed.
- Serve over hot rice.
