Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. beef tenderloin
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 1 cut clove garlic
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Pound meat with flour, salt and pepper.
- Cut into strips. Brown in butter.
- Add onion and garlic.
- Brown.
- Add chicken soup, water and mushrooms.
- Simmer, uncovered, until meat is tender, about 20 minutes.
- Add sour cream; simmer 5 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
