Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef tenderloin, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 pkg. dry Knorr's Bearnaise mix
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • Wild Rice

Method

  • Braise tenderloin cubes in butter and garlic for approximately 2 minutes in skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef broth, mushrooms and onion. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes until liquid is less than 1/4 cup. Add dry Bearnaise mix and sour cream. Mix well. Serve immediately over wild rice or flat noodles.
