Ingredients
- 2 lb. cubed stew beef
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 large carrots, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 6 large potatoes, diced
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Method
- Cook beef until tender, in a large pot.
- Lower to medium heat. Add carrots, celery, garlic, onion and potatoes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
