Ingredients
- 16 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 pkg. hash browns, cubed preferably
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except hash browns.
- Spread hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour cheese-soup mixture over the top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
